Hunter Kenihan
Managing Partner Hunter Kenihan began his career in real estate in 2011 when he formed an investment firm that specialized in the acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed residential real estate in San Diego, California. After successfully repositioning numerous properties he moved to Los Angeles and began taking on more intensive development projects, including new construction single family and multi family. These projects have been featured in Architectural Digest, Curbed LA, Apartment Therapy, Urbanize LA and Yahoo Homes. Hunter is a licensed California General Contractor and licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute “Young Leaders Group” and graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2009 and from the University of San Diego Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Development Certificate Program in 2011.
